"Support sorted out my late order quickly"
My order was running late, so I reached out to support to see what was going on. I was expecting a bit of back and forth, but they replied quickly and got it handled without making it stressful. It was nice feeling like I was talking to actual helpful people instead of being passed around.

I use EatStreet often because it gives me a good range of restaurants to choose from in my area. It doesn’t have every single place, but there are usually enough options when I’m not in the mood to cook. I also like that I can find local spots on there, not just the usual big chains. My only small complaint is that some menus can feel a little limited at times, but overall it’s been a really convenient service.

"No surprises so far"
I've ordered through EatStreet a few times now, and the menu details have been spot on each time. Prices, options, add-ons, all of it lined up with what the restaurant actually had. My special instructions went through too, which is always a good sign. It’s been a smooth, straightforward experience, and nothing has shown up missing or weird yet. Hard to complain about that.

"Canceling was easier than I thought"
Had to cancel my order. Not ideal, but it happens. expected a whole back-and-forth, but nope. They handled it quickly, and the refund showed up without me having to chase anyone down. Kind of a relief

"Got the order right, but delivery dragged"
I ordered dinner and left a couple notes asking for no onions and extra sauce. To be fair, they actually followed the instructions, which I appreciated. But the delivery took longer than I expected, so by the time it showed up I was already a bit annoyed. Good that they got the details right, but the wait kind of took away from the experience.

"They did fix my refund, but it definitely took some time"
I had an issue with a refund for an order that never showed up, and to be fair, support did eventually get it sorted out for me. I was relieved once the refund finally came through, because for a while I wasn’t totally sure how long it was going to take or if I’d need to keep following up. The only downside was that the whole process took longer than I was hoping, so it was a bit frustrating having to wait. Overall, I’m glad it got fixed in the end, but I do wish it had been handled a little faster

"Delivery fees feel fair"
I’ve been using EatStreet quite a bit lately, the delivery fees have felt reasonable compared to a lot of other apps I’ve tried.

What I appreciate most is that the fee is shown clearly before you place the order. That just feels like the decent way to do it, no last-second surprise charges when you’re already hungry and trying to check out.

Sure, not every fee is super low, but overall it feels fair, and some restaurants have even been cheaper than I expected. It makes ordering dinner a lot less frustrating, so I’m happy to give it 5 stars.

"works fine most days, but needs some fixes"
Ordering is usually easy and I can get through it without much trouble, but the app does get slow sometimes and the menus don’t always load right.. it’s not awful or anything, just kinda annoying when you’re trying to order quick

"Payments have always been smooth for me"
I use EatStreet regularly, and I’ve never had any issues with payments. My card goes through fast, and I get the receipt right away, which is nice.
One time my order got canceled, and the refund showed up without me having to bug anyone about it. That definitely made me trust the app more.

"Tracking wasn't accurate"
The app said my food had been delivered, but it didn’t actually show up until about 30 minutes later. I get that delays happen, but it feels like the right thing is to keep the tracking honest so customers aren’t left wondering where their order is

"I had a unprofessional driver"
My driver was really rude when they came to the door, and from my perspective, they seemed annoyed the entire time. It just made the whole experience feel uncomfortable.

The app works fine for the most part, and I’ve had decent experiences when there are restaurants available. The problem is that my neighborhood barely has any options, so it’s a little frustrating. I get that coverage takes time, but it would be nice if they made sure more areas had a fair shot before pushing the service so much

I had an item missing from my order last night, and eatstreet handled it really smoothly. They gave me a credit quickly, and the refund process was super easy with no annoying back-and-forth. it made me feel a lot better about ordering again.

Ordered dinner through EatStreet, and thankfully it got here close to the time they quoted because I was getting seriously impatient waiting around on a cold night. The food was still warm when it arrived, which I definitely appreciated.

The fries were a little soft and not exactly hot, which was kind of annoying, but the main meal was fine and didn’t need reheating. I’d give it 4 stars since the temperature was mostly good, just not perfect.

eatstreet's good about sending messages and order updates. I usually know when my food's being made and when the driver's getting close. One time the notification came in late, but overall, the communication's been solid.

"Deals can be decent, but not always a steal"
I usually only open EatStreet when I’ve got a promo code or I’m trying to, just avoid cooking. Some of the discounts are good, but then the fees show up and suddenly the savings aren’t really saving that much. I also had one code just not work once, which was super annoying because that was kind of the whole reason I was ordering. It’s still handy if you happen to catch a good deal, but it’s definitely not always as cheap as it looks at first...

"Pretty simple, which I appreciate"
I’m kind of tired of every service making you jump through hoops, so I appreciated that this site was easy enough to use. Getting around is straightforward, and placing an order didn’t take forever. The menus loaded quickly too, which was nice. The filters can feel a bit clunky sometimes, but overall it does what it needs to do without being a hassle.
